Practically I have learned how to design graphics in a way that “caters” to a broader audience. I have learned that I should look at another person’s view, and ask if they’d also like what they are seeing! I have so much more to learn still, and I am grateful that I have such a wonderful team around me that helps me to look at the finer detail! 

I have also still MUCH to learn about web design, and that is for sure one of the things that I am most excited about!
